Refund policy

Returns

1. Any item purchased online or in-store may be returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase
2. Returned goods must be in as received condition i.e. suitable condition for resale and in original packaging
3. Return of goods to us should be arranged by the purchaser and is at buyers expense. If return cannot be arranged buy the purchaser, postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount
4. In the event of an item being delivered in a damaged condition by our courier- please notify the courier immediately
5. In the event of goods being received in faulty or damaged condition, please contact vanlining.ie immediately
